Return & Refunds Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

By purchasing a product on our webshop, a distance contract has been concluded. You have the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days after the day you received the ordered product. 

PROCEDURE

To initiate a return within the 14-day return period, please contact us at contact@shopkindi.com and include your invoice or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Returns are accepted only within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Products that are damaged, used, or which original packaging is damaged cannot be returned.

Other exclusions from the right of withdrawal include:

– Products that are not sealed but have been used, or where the original packaging is missing;
– The delivery of products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made);
– The delivery of products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, perish quickly, or have reached their expiration date.
– You must return the product to us in accordance with the instructions provided via email no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. Your return will be considered on time if the product is shipped before the 14-day period has ended.
– Returns are at your own expense and risk. If a product is returned damaged, we reserve the right not to refund.
– We reserve the right to assess and refuse any product individually if it does not meet our return conditions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request additional information or photos to help us assess the issue promptly.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the price of the returned product within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. In the case of a partial return, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. 

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless the consumer agrees to a different method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Kindi is entitled to unilaterally amend these return and refund conditions. These terms were last amended on 20 October 2025.
